Minnie discovers an old, forgotten book in the town library: The Chronicles of the Star of Togetherness. The book tells of a lonely Weather Witch named Nieve (voiced by an ethereal talent like Rachel Zegler or Ariana DeBose), who, long ago, was forgotten during the holiday season. In her sadness, she cast a “Silent Frost”—a spell that erases the sound and color of Christmas.
