If prompted, enter your PIN, password, or pattern. Back up your data before proceeding if possible
When the SAFARICOM or Android logo appears, release the Power button but keep holding Volume Up until you see the Recovery Mode menu (blue or black screen with text).
Tap Reset Phone or Reset Tablet .
Once the reset is complete, Reboot system now will be highlighted. Press the Power button to restart your phone. First boot may take 5–10 minutes. Do not interrupt it. Method 2: Hard Reset from Settings (If Phone is Working) Use this if you can unlock the phone and want to sell or give it away.
