Navigate to the Settings (gear icon) in the top-right corner of the home screen.
Unplug the TV.
The TV will now perform a factory reset. Do not turn it off. After 2–5 minutes, it will restart and show the first-time setup screen. Alternative button location: If your TV has separate physical buttons (power, volume, channel), try holding Volume Down + Channel Up simultaneously while plugging in the power. Unplug the TV from the power outlet.
Press and hold the joystick button (as in Method 2) while plugging the TV back in. Navigate to the Settings (gear icon) in the
Scroll to the bottom and select Reinstall TV or Factory settings (wording may vary slightly by firmware version).
Format a USB stick as FAT32 (not NTFS or exFAT). Do not turn it off
Copy the firmware file (usually named autorun.upg or similar) to the root of the USB drive.
Scroll down and select General settings .
