But you will watch every single minute, and by the end, you’ll be asking yourself: “Wait… was the Industrial Revolution before or after the internet?”

If you want actual facts about Britain, this is not your pack. It’s like buying a cookbook and finding out every recipe is just “put a potato in a sock and stare at it.” Also, after three episodes, the format does get slightly samey: Philomena mispronounces something, an expert sighs, cut to a pointless montage set to ambient electronica.
